I have a highly bred imported puppy with the perfect genetics IMO, and was looking for suggestions on introducing bite sleeve during training once basic obedience and prey drive building is present. I have no nearby club so I do my own training.

Old Shatterhand he did say in his opinion no need to get snarky.
I don't see anyone doing that you when you describe your dogs.

after all it's just a bite, regardless of object (tug, pants, hands, sleeve, etc.)
another question perhaps "bite the sleeve in conjunction with applied pressure from sleeve holder".
it's absolutely depends on temperament of pup and in fact some dogs might never could grow to this.

But leaving breeding expectations aside, ... agree with ValK on the practical question asked. You just need to 'suck it and see' for the first few sessions, I think, and leave it out for a while if he does not seem very interested at first.
