Hi all, I am researching my grandfathers hand in breeding the dogs in the Whitmore kennel from 1913 onwards. His name was John Cady and he worked for T W Twyford and later his son Major H Twyford. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has or has had a descendant from one of the Whitmore dogs. There were so many fine dogs some Champions on the bench, some Field Trial Champions, even one DUEL Champion. Thanks your your help, Jack Cady

You have to remember that PDB has many many breeds of dogs. I did a search and found in the Labs, many dogs with the kennel name of Whitmore
The earliest one is

You should pull up each one of these and follow the progeny and this might help you.
