Just wondering how many posters here buy lottery tickets.

I was buying lottery tix from a scalper, but I never won a $. Seemed like a good deal, buying them under face value.

My DH buys them all the time. More, when there is a huge jackpot. Which always seemed counter-intuitive to me. I never buy them. I feel like I already hit the lottery. I give my gratitude to God for answering my prayers,  as it has to be a miracle; I never forget to do that. 

I dabble in the lottery, off & on...

Yesterday I hit the 3 digit daily number exact & any order...

Nice payoff...

I used to  buy the odd ticket in ours (UK - National Lottery) and / or the Euromillions one;

but 'feeling lucky' so I bought one, never came to actually being lucky.  Never  won a penny.

So I stopped bothering,  as an individual ;  but  have recently gone in on a syndicate.   We have

only been running about three months and have already won three (small) prizes.  So this may

prove a better method (hope, hope !).

LOL Bee, roulette is exactly what I play at the casino...and Foxwood is where I go.LOL

Haven't been there lately though, you know the situation...

 

Most people won't believe this, BUT I cashed my ticket yesterday and bought ten more quickpicks for last night. I hit again all three exact and all 3 any order. Hmmmmmm 

 

I hit once for a little less than 5,000. The great thing was it was on a whim and hardly ever play. I missed millions by 5 digits.  :(

Around $5,000.00 that's a good hit!!!!

 

This would be my luck with lottery....
