Right outside of the borough building and I had my camera in hand. I was trying to get him in a shot with the flag, but I wasn't quick enough. The second picture came the closest, but not much of a cigar, LOL. I tried!

I have the same problems getting our Red Kites on film !
You have a beautiful blue sky as backdrop, they are flying low, right overhead ...
and by the time you've pressed the shutter they are somewhere else.
SO damn quick !
