I think I am pretty much done with this one. A few little things are bothering me, but time to move on to the next thing.
This next one has to be a painting of the back of the DeLorean Time machine with the license plate, "OUTTATIME", as they head off into the future galaxies, and beyond.
Marty McFly: Hey, Doc, we better back up. We don't have enough road to get up to 88.
Dr. Emmett Brown: Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.
That's the quote I'm basing it on, anyway. It has to be done in diptych style, too. Each panel 4' x 8'. There is just so much to do, yet!
PS: Ruger: "You" are the lovely, petite, self-assured conehead lady seated in the front row. I don't think I ever answered that earlier question of yours!

Thanks! I ended up painting three guitars and adding certain touches to the cymbals and drums. A kid volunteer did most of the art.... Based on the Gorillaz drummer... What's his name? I just have to make it all work, lol
It occured to me, there must be left and right handed guitars?.....
I could share... But don't want to bore people who think I am bragging or a big phoney. I am so happy to paint again. I thought I might have been done. I have only just begun!

This is what I did this morning! Phew. It is not done, but I think it has some energy to it. That is what I wanted! It is the harder part of the diptych so I feel like I can finish it. Remember the scale, too. Eight foot tall, four foot wide. Not tiny, at all.

I think the drummer is "Russel"

Here is what the kid (mostly) did with Russell as inspiration. I will have to tweak it some more....
Using spray paint is quite fun! It just seems so odd they keep that stuff in cages. Been a while since I bought fluorescent spray paint! LOL
Kids have to be eighteen to buy it... Boy where is that rock I have been under???

Also you can get high sniffing it, so that is probably why you have to be 18...

I believe that if you're young enough, many retailers will actually i.d. you to buy glue these days.
