Last year, my schutzhund club had their first outdoor training day on the last weekend of March. This year, we just extended the rental of our indoor training venue for ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS!  Sad Smile

Believe me, we are still up to our assetts in SNOW!

Currently 51 F here in the frozen North, but it's going to be quite awhile before I see any flowers outdoors. (My indoor hanging baskets are doing very well, though, and one of them has a geranium with SIX blossoms on it!)

My driveway is almost clear of snow, and so is the pathway to the front door. It will be a few more days before I can get the kennel drains free of ice, though. And those mounds of snow in the dog yard, and on either side of the front walk (from the shovelling of the roof) probably will still be around in May!  Sad Smile

Hey, did I tell you the day after two young men deposited 4 feet of snow from the roof on the patio just outside my front door, the plumber's wife told me my blocked drains were probably due to the septic tank being frozen?

You want to know where my tank is located?? Yup, underneath the patio stones by the front entrance!

Thank GOD she was WRONG!!
