RS you never expanded on yr alien claim on some other thread, the more i think about it the more it makes a helluva lot of sense, OTOH the more you think about the complilation of bronze age myth ie the bible, the more senseless it gets. that is the more you read the bible look at the behaviour of it's followers and compare it to the known facts in the real world the less believeable it gets to the point of the only way you could beleive it is to either compartmentalise your brain into a rational part for daily living and a completely irrational part to preserve your belief.
i guess what i am learning is that most christians know little of their bible apart from select quotes they cling to, as a whole it is a mess of contradictions and just plain cray, cray.

Vk4, I am not going to repeat same thing twice so I will cut and paste what I already told you in other thread. I don’t accept you claim that the Bible has contradictions, in my world view the Bible is the word of God, it can’t have contradictions because God does not deny himself but for the sake of argument why in your world view that be wrong? And if you say everybody knows contradictions are wrong, well I know contradictions are wrong because they are contrary to the nature of God; but my question is? How do you know are contradictions are always wrong? Why would you have law of non-contradiction, well if you say I haven’t seeing true contradiction and I haven’t seeing total solar eclipse that doesn't mean they are impossible, how do you know contradiction never happened? I know that because God’s knowledge is universal and the fact God does not deny himself tells me there is universal law of non-contradiction. How do you know that?
