If you didn't have to make it or buy it, calories not being a concern, what would you want for a nice meal?

My first choice would be either Alaskan King Crab or Lobster...

Thrown in dessert if you want etc...anything about your favorite foods...

Shrimp stuffed chili relleno with cheese enchilada (real red sauce).  Side of fresh guacamole and freshly made flour tortillas.  Good beer.    Turtle cheesecake

Chinese anything BUT curry - I can't stand the version of 'curry' sold by Chinese
restaurants over here, but I could eat Sweet & Sour and other stuff, all day long.
For curries, I prefer Indian / Bangladeshi cuisine.
Also go for Italian food;  so I can't really say I have one favourite.

Fawn's Mexican menu sounds enjoyable, but what on earth is Turtle Cheesecake ?

My favorite dinner is ricotta cheese stuffed chicken breast with lots of basil, mmmm, with a nice baby spinach and berry salad/sweet dressing and finish it off with a nice chocolate raspberry cheesecake and good coffee with a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream.

Yep, looks good to me!

I guess I'm just too plane but give me a thick juicy grilled steak and a baked potato, with a toss salad on the side.
A bold red wine to wash it down.

I wouldn't have a complaint about that meal Moons, make mine seared on the outside, cool and bloody in the center with lots of course cracked pepper :)

Fawndallas, that sounds good too love spicy!

Curry is not my favorite spice, but I like it occasionally and I'd go for Indian as opposed to Chinese.

Everybody's favorite meal will probably sound good to me, there aren't many foods I don't like, as long as it's made with quality ingredients.

Hundmutter, turtle cheesecake is cheesecake with Carmel and pecan drizzled on top.

If you are not familiar with cheesecake, it is heaven.  Typically made with cream cheese, sometimes add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.  Gram-cracker crust.  Cake is a misnomer as it is really a pie.
