"Walking through Walmart"!!,, That was a good one Moons,,Many people decorate and prepare for Christmas before Thanksgiving..Most of my friends and family put their trees up for Thanksgiving///

Carlin, I grew up in California and I enjoy the holiday much more now that I live in the mid west!...

Things aren't the same for me here, no real change of the seasons. We have warm, hot, and hotter. My wife is from Miami, and doesn't believe in snow, ice, or the cold in general. I'm working on it though.

I like my holidays one at a time.

Carlin, I was in Ft.Lauderdale one year that it snowed and I gotta tell you it was a riot for sure....
Mostly peoples attempts at driving......LOL.

Didn't last long, wasn't much to it, but no one seemed to know how to drive on snow except the tourists.
Got pretty damned cold too as I remember, at least for Florida, maybe late sixties early seventies, can't remember.

I did come home because I missed the changing seasons.
Maybe it wouldn't have made much difference if I hadn't lived here first.

i cant believe a year already has gone....i spend most of my holidays at work...this is going to be a 1st year that i am off for both...i dont know what i am going to do with myself...
