It looks very bad, many dead and missing, Maybe many thousands. The damage has also disrupted water and power , it will also be hot in the next days, with roads blocked by debris. Worst storm in known history? Some areas shown on the news look like a Tsunami hit.
The storm (said to be less powerful now) is now headed to Vietnam.

I've heard some of our troops have already landed to distribute some supplies, more a gesture than real relief, it is much worst than what we're told I'm sure.
This would be a good time for America to step up and show the world we actually care about people, we fought for those islands in WW2.
