I have about 28 years left to get it right. Tick tock, tick tock.....
Some of those categories I had to fudge on a bit... the options given just didn't seem to apply to me.

OOOpps! That was Freudian - I typo'ed 20, not "less than 30 years"

No questions about current health, height, weight? I thought that had a big bearing on life expectancy.
