It may not seem like much to many, but that I'm going to pick up a new car today is like hitting the lottery. Life has been tough the last couple of years and I'm finally getting back on my feet. I started another new job a month ago, so I'm working approximately 47 hours a week! I don't get much time off, but I had plenty of that the last couple of years, so today is a day for celebration! My current car is on its last leg, I put in almost as much oil as gas, the master cylinder on the clutch went about a month ago (and I made do with brake fluid as a quick fix :) just when I got my new job. On the second day, my car died in the left turn lane getting onto the last bridge I have to cross before arriving at work. They had to send an Officer from the Borough over to rescue me. Luckily, I get a van to use at work, so as long as I've arrived, I can fulfill my day. I've died in traffic on the way home a couple of times too, last week, twice within 1/4 mile. I didn't want to sink anything into fixing it because I knew... but it sure is nice to be able to go get a new vehicle and I've always wanted a Jeep. Drake and I are gonna be 4-wheelin'!

Congratulations!
A new vehicle is always cause for celebration. May it take you and Drake safely where you need to go for many, many miles. I found some bumper stickers for you, should you care to personalize your new Jeep. Check these out.

That's what I thought. Rag top and no locked interior storage. Lots of body rust, needed tires and the hinges on the back door were so rusted, it didn't close right. The floor was bare and had been recently undercoated, or should I say over-coated? Probably hiding floor rust, though the gas tank didn't look too bad. Not for $5500, way too much in that condition. I have a line on a few more, I've been looking for months. I found the perfect one on Ebay, but got outbid. Oh well, I'll find the right one, just not today.

If your looking at Cj's and Wranglers, you won't find a cheep one period.
Grand Cherokee's have had many problems over the years.
Standard Cherokee's are better by far but avoid the 98 model year, electrical problems.
None are ever cheap.
4.0 liter six cylinder is the most dependable engine, nice mileage.

I've actually found some nice ones for around that price, and yes, I'm looking for a wrangler or CJ, late 90s. I wouldn't have paid more than $3000 for one in that bad shape. I'll find the right one.

Maybe you'll get lucky, what we looked at was all over priced but they were selling even with the rust..lol
