Ruger1 - I'm going to be a regular reader of this thread and I appreciate your diet tips. I dislocated both of my shoulders and broke my foot last year and have taken a long time to heal. I've gained a ton of weight since I had to stop kickboxing and am just now starting to get back to working out. I think it's going to be a long journey before I'm reunited with my old jeans. :)

Laura, Glad someone is in this with me,,lol,,
Best tip **Be content and satisfied with even small steps towards a healthier lifestyle,,If you can not exercise the full 20 to 30 minutes~ a few days a week ~then be content with 10 minutes a day!!,,Every little bit helps! Even if you only have time and money to prepare 1 healthy meal a day its better then nothing.. Don't believe the lie that it has to be ALL or NOTHING!,,Every little bit does make a difference~ be kind to yourself and do not expect perfection,,It will come together over time!..
