In Jordan we have snow every year, Christmas and New Year are brighter for people when it snows, this year there was lot of rain and snow and there were floods, that is why, I think, it was highlighted in the news, Lujain is my only child, she's the core of my life, I think I wasn't much of a producer Teeth Smile

I didn't know you had snows regularly in that region, we had two very small snows right after Christmas, I do miss a good snow.
I think you did just fine Ibrahim.

Lebanon hardly has any desert, Syria, Jordan and West Bank have some desert parts, so we get snow in winter season, good rain and cold winters. Jordan has lower water reserves compared to the other three.
Iraq, the Gulf countries & Libya are mostly desert areas, people tend to think all Arab countries are desert areas which is not true. This is a picture I took near Jordan river of sunset after finishing duck hunting last Friday.

Duck hunting, well it's a nice shot Ibrahim, you were telling me before how beautiful some of the places were.

I quit duck hunting years ago, it's too wet and too cold here and a guy could drown falling out of a boat in that kind of weather.
