The NYPD does not have any independent review board like most police depts. It is driven and controlled by corrupt politicians and leaders like Bernard Kerik who ended up in jail. Honest police officers are hounded, harassed and then assigned to dangerous duty as retaliation. Almost just like what was described by Frank Serpico and portrayed in the Movie "Serpico" starring Al Pacino. There is nowhere now to complain.
But thanks to some very courageous honest police heroes whjo are risking their lives by talking, the truth is coming out publicly for the first time and is being transmitted worldwide on the Internet and alternative media. Interesting that the most corrupt police depts in America are also located in States which restrict firearms for personal protection, not allowing "shall issue" for concealed carry permits (only the rich and well connected get them--and many of the wall street banksters have done so).
By the way this story is provided by a reputable source with smoking gun evidence. It turns out most of the rumors that have been circulating about race quotas and profiling in NYC are true, despite all the numerous public denials by NYC officials. Some NYPD who are disatisfied have called their force "hired mercenary thugs" for wall street banksters. They operate as hired thugs to stifle all potest and suppress minorities and the big super banks give them huge donations. With the present situation of "corruption at the top" all justified by the 911 attack and "the war on terror" and the "war on drugs" (both ofwhich have been synthetically created by the USG) it is easy to understand why some police officers get away with even murder. Please note that not all NYPD are corrupt thugs or "meat-eaters", many are good, and this story comes from some very, very good heroes in the NYPD who are sick and tired of all the pressure to operate illegally from the top leadership of the dept and the city.
