Who do you think won? I didn't watch it all, but I thought Romney showed substance and did beat Obama, from what I saw. Will it be enough to cover the gaffs? Probably not.

They both equally decieved the American Public, although Mittens tried harder.  Things like that are funny to me.

Watching one guy be like "No I'm gonna tell a lie," candidate B responds with "No I'm gonna tell a BETTER lie," and the whole thing was exactly like that. The whole time I was wishing Ron Paul would break through one of the Constitution or Preamble screens and drag them both out by the ear.

The not so funny part was the US Constitution and Preamble screens in a debate where two candidates argue which one will tread and trash our Constitution more.

Pssst !!

I thought Romney had a very good showing, and Obama came off as if he had other things he was more concerned with than the debate.  I haven't looked into any of the fact check stuff yet, but on presentation alone, Romney won.  He took a giant move towards the middle in an attempt to lure the undecided.  Will it work?  Personally, I doubt it.  He still isn't very likable.  The moderator was completely worthless, and Romney seized the opportunity to control the majority of the direction of the debate I thought.  Obama was too passive.

They do not get as much teleprompter help at debates, so it is not mystery why Obama did not have much to say.

Nobody won, it was an insult to watch, all things considered I will no longer play this game as it stands now.
I will not vote for any of these idiots, or take part in this fucked up system they have created.
Everyone lost in my opinion, and it's gonna just keep on getting worst.

Where is John Conner when ya need him?
That would be a joke if it wasn't so damned sad, who represents the people?

If America is just gonna keep taking this shit and pretending it works, then we all deserve what's to come.

Imagine the chill in the air on election day if no one showed up, the results would be the same except for the hair on the back of their necks that won't stop standing up and the wondering what's next.

Tar, feathers, and in some cases a rope, ten million people in the streets of DC, not New York.

Other than the Nine, is anyone happy with the way things are as they stand now?

All of the threads having to do with what's wrong in the country and around the world are real, show me a thread about something that's right.

I am not up to date on all the political issues.> which drives my very political family crazy < I try to stay on top as much as I have time to and can understand,,

I have stayed fairly neutral politically speaking as of late. This was the first time I had ever heard Romney speak. I was pleasantly surprised!! I do not watch the news or talk radio. So I am not up to date on the latest ..

However, hands down Romney had my attention. He was well spoken and direct and I liked the way he spoke directly to President Obama > something my husband noticed right away < rather then looking at the moderator. Romney looked sharp and spoke in a way that made sense to me....

I don't know much about politics, but I know that I want LESS government involved in my personal life..I don't want the government telling me that I make so much money that I must pay full price for what others get discounts on, or that I should pay more, or I should give some of my money to someone else who has less. If I CHOSE to do any of those things it will be my choice, NOT the governments..

It appeared to me that Romneys agenda supports less goverment..I like that,,

very humbly
Deanna,,
