This reserach is going on in special DOD private contractor labs around the country. Forty five of the new children from three parents have already been born supposedly.
The most sensitive part of the research is the largely unknown "Triple Helix" genetic research which involves adding a third strand to the human double helix gene. There are some human cells which already have a third strand and these heal very rapidly like cheek and certain skin cells. There are several medical chimera breeding labs where for example the genes of certain animals are splixced with human genes providing transplantable organs. This process is also being reversed with animal genes being slectively spliced into certain human genes to create extreme muscle strength and coordination. It has been rumored for years that some super-soldiers have been developed and actually deployed. The movie Jacob's Ladder is alleged to be about this as are numerous other movies. So far efforts to control these experiments and monitor them have been blocked. Pum Island, the most notorious location of an L$ lab, is being cvlosed and a new one built at Manhatten Kansas and about 43 ther locations, thus expanding the program substantially.
