Well, no doubt those chilldren have stupid parents who failed as their protectors.

Only remember, it is you focusing on the "breeding" part as an insult because, it is a crap shoot so, to make that the central issue, might not be fair.

I meant breeding as humans, not breeding dogs and it isn't a crap shoot; ignorant humans breed ignorant offspring.

Ignorant humans don't always breed ignorant offspring, however, those stories are heartbreaking. Makes me physically ill.

Poor little chldren, what a horrible way to die. Ugh.

Parents, unless heartless will be suffering for the rest of their lives too.

Yeah, not so much so. Even though most people give more forethought to breeding dogs than humans do to their own breeding, attractive people tend to have attractive offspring, intelligent people tend to have intelligent offspring and idiots tend to have children who are idiots. There are some anomalies but the basics of genetics still apply.

Not dictator for suggesting some people shouldn't breed, but dictator for "we LET these people vote....and breed." Big difference. Some people are not mature enough or responsible enough or caring enough to have kids...but it will be repeating history when WE get to say who gets to reproduce and who doesn't.(whoever the WE are is totally irrelevant)
