I know I have read other peoples' posts on this issue, but what really does happens to posts on a thread that disappear?  Is it like the sock in the dryer?  Appears in another alternate universe?  I just had my first occurence of disappearing posts and I made 2 comments on this posts.  Cue Twilight Zone intro.............

Threads are saved and individual posts are copied by the moderators and posted in the mod forum. If this just happened it had to be a glitch as I am the only one who is on at the moment. Can you be more specific as to what thread had disappearing posts?

I figured out what happened. There was 2 threads going with the same or like title. A mod deleted the one thread but didn't combine that thread with the other ongoing thread. We try to keep it to one thread so that it is easier to follow. People need to post one thread and this would not happen. We sometimes get 4 threads posted with the same title.

I combined the threads yesterday so your posts are located here. Moons your post is also now on this thread.

Thanks GSD,
but I really don't care if they ever figure out how to house train their dogs or not.
Some people just can't figure out what makes sense from all of the different advice they get.
If they lack that sense, how can they teach a dog anything.
As for the moderation, No comment.

Moons.

Best thing you've said in a long while.... NO COMMENT, pity you can't do that more often!!!!

If you wish to address me me in such a manner you should do so as yourself and not hide behind you moderator status darcy.

When you use your power in such a way you are a bully.

This is wrong and unfair, you can delete me, even kick me off and ban me, while I can do nothing to you.

There is much more I could bring up though it would be futile in this environment.

I was satisfied with no comment until you chimed in.

You know what you can do now don't you............

You can respect the admins or not but don't expect to stay here if you don't.

We are doing the best we can with the tools available to us. We don't have the ability to combine threads unless we copy and paste and to be frank we shouldn't have to in the first place. If members would use just a little common sense and post one thread asking for help it makes all of our lives easier.

And by the way Moons we are not ever going to confront you with a regular user name, that would be silly.

You have a good day and please learn to go with the flow.

My comment had nothing to do with the thread or the posts in question, and yes, if a person has a bone to pick with me it is personal and should be done under their real name on equal ground.

Enough of your threats.

This had already been discussed in PM's yet who decided to bring it to a public forum, not I.

I'm done with it now, it serves no purpose to continue.

Moons.

No you brought it up in public by saying no comment about moderation and you know this. Had you never brought it up we would not be here doing this and now it is over for you because your purpose has been served.

No threats, just truth. You can't respect the admins and moderation, well then move on.

Again, had you had NO COMMENT you would not have made one, but you did and now it is what it is, deal with it.

The above words apply to several others here, if you can't, won't or don't want to respect all the admins and mods, then feel free to move on. Back handed snide comments in other threads while pretending to help others are childish. You don't like me or other admins keep it to yourself or move on.
