Red Sable

by Red Sable on 17 July 2011 - 18:07

Thanks to BE, this should be fun.

It was a cold dark night and Cassie was home alone watching Criminal Minds on  T.V.

When all of a sudden, a loud crash could be heard just outside the living room window...

She unfolded her long tanned supple legs (for the guys) and nervously tucked a strand of long dark hair behind her ear.  What on earth could that crash be?  It sounded like it was coming from the garage.

She was all alone, except for her two loyal German shepherd dogs.  Looking down at her dogs, she noticed their bodies were alert and a cold shiver went down her spine.

She tucked her pink silk robe tighter around her slender form (), slipped on her fuzzy rabbit slippers and called her two dogs, Luke and Duke to follow her.

On her way through the kitchen, she grabbed a cast iron skillet.  Luke and Duke at her side.  She drew a deep breath, her heart was pounding in her chest, and she slowly placed her shaky hand on the cold brass doorknob that led out to the garage.

She slowly turned the knob with one hand while she clutched the skillet in her other hand.  Luke and Duke were both emitting low growls.  Dare she open the door?  Her heart raced.

She slowly opened the door and of course it creaked.  Just like in a horror movie, she thought to herself.  Get a grip Cassie, she chided herself, you have been watching too much C.S.I.
Flipping on the garage light she saw glass all over the floor.  The window had been broken.

She also saw faint traces of blood on the floor, what in  hell is all this, who broke the window!! there isn't anything missing in the harage though.

Her heart felt like it was going to burst right out of her chest.  She quickly closed the door and went back into the kitchen to grab the phone.
