I went shopping for a shooting target for my presentation.. and i needed a simple 5 ring target that is not 12 inch by 12 inch...i wanted one 30 inch in diamether so people from far can see and I was goign to divide it into 12 sections 12 months and target was 1 day respond as a goal with up to 5 days delay..and I was going to put darts into each month to show where we were...boy was i shocket!
Great Escapes - no targets
Dicks sporting goods - only 12 ' diamether
Academy - only 12 inch good arrow target but $38.99 for it?? heck no....
Hobby Lobby - no targets
Wal Mark (god i hate going there) nothing bigger than 12 inch
Indoor shooting - no round 30 inch target and i dont need a mans torso in my office all i want is a fregggging target so I can do a presentation!!!!!!! for god's sake..
so now i have a huge poster on my desk and a brush and a red paint....i am making my own! but i am not happy about it!

Maybe you should have looked for pin the tail on the donkey, instead. LOL Think of the presentation that would make!

The board of health sucks around here. I'm trying to get a permit to replace my old deck, and they are forcing me to get a soil test for no friggin' reason. The carpenter already took down the deck and now he can't do squat while I wait for the septic guy to call back... whenever.

Census 2011. The Gov't has advertisements on the radio every news hour, telling us we must send it in, for if we don't it is punishable by law.
I don't know how many times a day I've heard these advertisements for the last 2 friggin' months! What a waste of taxpayers money. It is driving me nuts. And why all of a sudden all this emphasis on filling out our census forms?

OMG- the weather is sweltering in SW Ontario. When I ran this morning at 5 AM it was 27C (81F)- the humidity makes it feel like 1000 degrees. Apparently, tomorrow will be much hotter. Super.

Laura, in the southern states it is in the upper 90's with a heat index over 100. The humidity is awful even late at night and early in the morning.

Yep- we're supposed to have a high of around 36C (97F) today. I know it's hot everywhere right now but I'm whining since it's supposed to be cool at 5AM. That's the code!
