Two Moons

by Two Moons on 14 January 2014 - 20:01

I don't eat anything that looks like it came off the wall of an art gallery......LOL

I'm a meat eater... nothing too fancy, and it doesn't have to be red meat.

Actually moons, the restaurant is one of my favorites, and happens to be called Artist Point, lol.  If you like meat, this dish amounts to a well executed raw venison dish.

Carlin,
As for a steak, I throw some hickory in my grill over charcoal, let it flame up and sear the outside, then smother it down and slow cook it to soak up the hickory.
I like my salmon smoked over hickory too.

it is pretty and you say raw?
