I'll try to hunt it up......LOL.
The thinking was to kill one animal helps the species remain strong.
i think it was selling (the hunt)for $350,000.00 but don't quote me on that.
I'll look for it.

Interesting way to justify disgusting behavior. If it's all about the animals, why not just put on a fundraiser with those same bidders ? If I had a nickel for every time I have said I wanted to engage in poaching the poachers.

Call it barbaric, call it vigilante justice, call it whatever you want. If there were a severe, unexpected, and immediate price to pay for the behavior, we may not be down to 4,000 Black Rhinos.

This animal would have become aggressive......Not like the ones in the zoo who beg for treats.
Anyway i thought that was an interesting conservation tactic.

I am admittedly quite pessimistic about conservation. I am all for it, but realize that true and effective conservation would require the halt of expansion at the expense of greed. I'm not holding my breath.

Got a coyote problem moons; what do you know? Had a pack of them at the edge of the yard at about 3:00am barking and howling up a storm. I popped up and ran out with a shotgun but they heard me and split. Wondering if I'm on their new schedule of stops.
