Ruger1 - That's a helpful list of foods to grocery shop for.
I started making homemade soup from scratch on the weekends. I make the stock on Saturday and then put the soup on low right before we leave to take Bosco to training on Sunday. When we arrive home 4.5 hours later, all I have to do is lift the lid and serve! This keeps us from stopping for fast food on the way home. I make a giant pot of soup so we have enough for at least one meal during the week too.

**TIP** Use smaller plates. This fools your brain into thinking you are eating more, than you really are.

Have any of you heard of the Moringa Tree ? AKA the Tree of Life or Miracle Tree.
I ordered some seeds from some lady in India on Ebay awhile ago. Beings it's so close to spring now I soaked them for the 24 hours and will plant 4 of the seeds later today.
They say this tree is excellent for weight loss, 7x the Vitamin C of oranges, 3x the potassium of bananas, 4x the Vitamin A of carrots, 3x the iron of spinach, 4x the calcium of milk and 2x the protein of milk... among other things. I don't need to loose weight but I figure this tree would be good to eat considering all the listed benefits. (lol) I'm after the sensory perception benefits. (lol)
Supposed to control glucose levels, stabilize blood pressure, kill intestinal parasites, decreases depression/anxiety, gives healthy skin .. the list goes on and on.
I'm excited to see how my new addition tree turns out.

Perhaps just one more invasive species like so many others that should have never left their home country.
