Moons,,
I don't believe either one completely, but I must choose between the two..The lesser of the two evils so to speak..If I was forced to choose now based on last nights debate, I would choose Romney,,

Let me put out this disclaimer..I am in no, way, shape, or form, politically educated on all the agendas..I am  just sharing my opinion..

BabyE..Whats funny?..

FactCheck.org has weighed in too, tweeting during the debate that "Romney says he will pay for $5T tax cut without raising deficit or raising taxes on middle class. Experts say that's not possible."

PolitiFact has given a "mostly true" rating to the charge that "Romney is proposing a tax plan "that would give millionaires another tax break and raise taxes on middle class families by up to $2,000 a year."

I am a dyed in the wool Democrat, but last night I, too thought Obama looked tired, & a little distracted.
But every time I had a chance to focus on Mitch, all I could think of was...."Sssssnake!!!
I was at work, do I only got to see drubs & drabs.....I wasn't impressed at all. My patients were way more interesting. jackie harris

IMO I think they both lie maybe not intentionally as I think they mean well, but..I do not trust either of them 100% .They are only human..

I trust that "the people" can make better choices at local and state levels. I think the government has become too invasive .. I think Romney supports this agenda more then President Obama..So based on what I have heard this far I support Romney,,

Two moons, good post. I think that would be the best thing for this country if no body showed up to vote. It'd be like the whole country gave those two non-humans the finger simultaneously......

"I think they both lie maybe not intentionally"

Romney absolutely intentionally lies.  It's ironic to me that so many people who claim their religion is so important to them are willing to abandon one of its most fundamental tenents when it comes to picking a political candidate.  I guess in the end, politics is far more
important to them than their feigned belief in their god.

I liked Romney saying he would give states more control of education and healthcare. The way he explained Dodd Frank legislations was great........did you see Obama's face when Romney said in the legislation 5 banks were to big to fail and it was causing state and regional banks to fail inatead........ and that banks would be fined or penilized for making bad lonas, but there isn't a defination of what a bad loan is....
I also liked the way Romney explained his ideas of tax reform, but cutting out many of the loopholes in high earners, yet supporting small businesses.......

The John Lehrer, the mediator, at on point was actually helping Obama......that was amazing! Obama continued on his standard, you didn't build that and if you're successfulll than you will have to give more...I'm sure the diehard Obama fans still love the guy and fully support him, beats the h-ll out of my, I'll never understand how a prez who's always making excuses for people as if they're not as good as the rest...

I'm looking forward to the Biden / Ryan debate.......should be another spanking.

Keith,,Are you suggesting that I have a feigned belief in God because I am forced to choose for what I think is the better of two imperfect candidates?..Surely that's not what you are suggesting,,

Sorry, Deanna but a minute amount of fact checking would tell you that Romney lies just about every time he opens his mouth.  The big one last night was that he hasn't been touting a $5 trillion tax cut even while he admits that he will push for a 20% across the board income tax rate reduction...that is the $5 trillion (4.8 to be exact) and he knows it.

People are judged by the company they keep; if you support a known liar, one must question how commited you are to the religious ideals you claim.  To be fair, Obama made a couple of misstatements and/or exaggerations himself last night but nothing rising to the level of outright falsehood that Romney employed.
