Is it ok to say pickerwood?

Befuddled by the last events, Cassie stops a moment to reflect
on her by chance encounter with Javier. She pondered the
question.... is their a difference between Spanish love songs
and all other love songs?
She pulls out her Ipod and plays Luis Maguel's song.. In love total.
Her micro chip implant lights up like a firecracker......Yes!!!!
She exclaims.....it's, ...it's....Passion and beyond the
realm of the mind.. deep, deep into...a love supreme,
of two joining into one........Javier was not bullshitting!!
This music is like no other!!!...Just than officer Jose
Rodriguez, Rodriguez ( 2 Rods in last name), pulls up on
his police motorcycle.
And says.........

She took one look at him and went into a daze.  She saw his lips forming words but just heard the roaring in his ears.

"Yes" she breathed.  "Yes"

And then she fainted.

Soon the paramedics arrived and started administering CPR, but as you can see from this picture the outcome looked dim...




Apparently she needed a head re-attachment operation...

Angus left the funeral of his oldest half-sister, Cassie, with a dark expression like a thundercloud stamped on his face. Angus was the little brother, but there was nothing little about Angus. He left the cemetary with measured steps where his Harley stood waiting, gleaming in the brightness of the morning sun.

He wanted some answers. He wanted some action. He wanted...

to find a wi-fi hot spot. His thoughts kept going back to the strange message he received from his sister's phone number. It was sent two days after she had been eliminated. He had plans to make for a journey to the heart of the midwest. He needed to get some old friends together to help him, too. He thought he needed someone who could help him with something unbelievable, something supernatural, and immediately thought of his old high school friend and now, a secretive paranormal expert who bred horses and farmed somewhere near the  Appalachian trail, as her hillbilly roots had done since before the Constitution was written.

They called her Sweet Pea, and he's not sure why but maybe it's because she's a sassy, sharp shooter and just happens to be one hot ticket. Angus hoped she could shed light on the beyond-her-death text message that simply said,  "ET phone HOME" . 

Angus pulled into  Starbucks and found a table and sent a message to Sweet Pea. While he waited for an answer he thought next, he'd contact another buddy, he thought he'd ask his friend to tag along, he had some unusual skills that might come in handy. Only his friends called him his birth name to his face, he called himself .... 

..well,  he didn't call  himself, acutally his father is the one that named him, and he named him SUE.  One rough dude, who is easily spotted as he's missing a piece of his ear.  Rumour has it, that it was his father who took a chunk out of his ear in a bar room brawl/reunion.  Yup, if anyone but a close friend call him Sue to his face, they were as good as dead.  Sue is the roughest and toughest guy Angus has ever met, and would hate to be on his bad side.

It wasn't long before Angus heard the beginning tones of the Star Spangled Banner. He looked at the Ipod screed and saw this message from Sweet Pea:

" Luke and Duke are here. Presents found in backpacks, R they URS? Been waiting for U. Come visit."

Now, this was news to Angus! He would have to ....

All of a sudden it dawned on him. In a flash he remembered Cassie had sent him a picture of a man they called "ET", he was dangerous and had threatned to get her after she and her friends turned him in for having a Meth Lab. Was she sending a secret message it was him?

He went back thru her messages and found the one with ETs picture, being led away by the cops. Now he would have to...
