5. I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies through abortion so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

 

Wow, quite the straw man you threw out there and slew!  If babies are being murdered, by all means, call the police!  

Fetuses are not babies, they're fetuses.  Now, if you want to argue about near-brith abortion, which I'm sure you will, that's another matter entirely, so don't bother.  That's not what's at issue here and it's just another straw man.  Now, please explain something to me, please.  You and others are sure that we are a Christian nation because the population is predominantly Christian, right?  It's somewhere around 78% that gets slung around as the low estimate, with up to 90% being touted?  Well, unless you exclude black people, who aren't considered "real" Christians.  Or Unitarians, who are just heathens who go to church.  Or Catholics, who don't really know what it means to be a Christian.  Or, or, or... So, since the majority of the population is Christian, who do you think is the majority who are having abortions?  Is it only Atheists having abortions?  I think not.  So, if the Christians can't even control their own and their women are "so out of control", why do they think they can control those outside of their faith?  Why don't they consider it murder?  Better yet, why is there an elixir for abortion in the Bible?  Why is that ML??  Why does the Bible say that a fetus isn't a life until "quickening", which is the mother feeling fetal movement?  Why is it that the price exacted for the death of a fetus is to be determined by the sire of said fetus?  Why is that ML??  I mean hell, you get stoned for adultery, no questions asked, do not pass go, do not collect..., but you kill someone's fetus and it can be excused by nothing more than a handshake with the father, without a peep from the mother, whose body has been violated and her pregnancy ended without her consent?  Really?  Why is that ML???

America and Canada are Christian nations because they were founded on Christian principles.  We both used to say the Lords prayer in school, we swear on the Bible in court, and in Parliament. Major clue there.  Listen to your anthem much???!

Now, as for we still being a Christian nation, no, it is quickly changing, you have elected a Muslim leader, which is why all of our freedoms are diminishing, why ISIS is now in Mexico with open plans to take over the U.S. and fly their flag on Capital Hill.  God has been kicked out, and it is all falling apart.  He has lifted His hedge of protection.   Welcome to the world you wished for.
