Very few States on that list. But times are a changing. Perhaps one of the reasons why some breeders are leaving CA for States not on the list, like KY.

I understand that, although I dont agree with it. But maybe if more of us, animal lovers, got together and made our states more aware of what is going on, there would be more states on this list.
Just a thought!?!?!

and I just posted this cause I wasnt sure if you or a few other people would want this info for an unnamed breeder. And also to let people know what the law states in their state if something did happen. I just wish all the states were on this list.

Of course, what is not addressed, are interstate and international commerce in dogs. Let's say our kennel is incorporated in CA and the litters are sold out of KY. And I purchase a dog imported from Germany, that is shipped to me via KY to Indiana. What laws apply?

well to me the law that woulds apply would be the one that would be in CA cause the kennal is incorportated ( not use of the spelling) would be where is is located which is located in in CA!
But I understand what you are saying. All I am saying is that we all need to get together as "one" and get our states to undertstand what is going on now.
