Buyer beware!! Biggest scumbags We've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't believe their B.S.. They are nothing but the "World's Finest" Backyard Breeders. Lets start with Capt. Giannetti Level 7 Commander!! Not the one you Google and has served our country with Greatness. Instead you have a guy that has been mis-representing himself as a "Captain" and has not even served in the Military and definitely not a "Captain" with his values. I am writing this in hopes that another family does their research before trusting these P.O.S.. 1. Google "Michael Woodrow Giannetti ". (Mugshot and comments) 2. Go to Hernando County Clerk of the Courts and search "Giannetti" under official records and see how many civil cases there are against him, his wife ,and Pendragon Acres. 3. Check Palm Beach County official records also. The other stories are horrifying of how long he has been doing this to people only to hide in his "Compound". He runs and hides and has other "Fake people (Colonel) call mis-representing themselves as well (Attorney) trying to use scare tactics. He preys on the elderly and disabled children. Look at the court records !! If this helps anyone it's been worth it.

Other than what you have posted what is your personal experience with this person?? Dog related please not what he calls himself, if you have not had any personal issues with this person this thread may have to go.

I guess I left out why my family is so upset with this organization. I figured people would figured that back yard breeders meant they've sold us an inbred dog for a pedigree. So now I have crushed children, vet bills and a breeder that says all sales are final knowing damn well what he is doing to this breed !! Look up Pendragon on the posts and look at the comments as far back as 2008. Buyer beware!! Do your research and don't be taken in by a breeder that doesn't love the dogs !!

OK you bought  dog/puppy from this kennel.  What is wrong with it, what is the pedigree that you think is causing you problems.

I went on the site and they never showed one pedigree or title for any of their dogs so have to ask you for the information.

Please elaborate your problems with your dog. Don't just tell us to go and check them out it will not tell us the problems you had with them.

Judging by the old thred and by my own reactions to what I see on the
Pendragons website, it seems that while this couple are 'plowing their own furrow' regarding breeding GSDs, they might not quite deserve what was thrown on them by the OP's description. Yes, oversize/overweight Ambred style dogs with nothing much to recommend them as GSDs, and too much emphasis on them NOT being "Killer vicious" (breeders' term !) - usually an excuse for poor soft temperament; but they have been doing it a long time, they do have a good many satisfied customers; and not, apparently, many marks against them by those who were not. And they don't appear to be mass producing puppies. I think they might just be 'hobby' breeders rather than millers/farmers or BYBers. They obviously have some interest in competitive training. I would not buy from them, because if anyone claims to be using selected lines to reduce hereditary diseases, as the Giannetti's do, I would want to see both: details of pedigrees; & OFA etc results (rather than generalised apparently unsubstantiated claims about health tests), proudly proclaimed across the website. But they are not the only kennel that fails to do those things.
I'm not going trying to dig around in Court reports, not convinced they would have any direct bearing in dog care / sales anyway ?
