That's what it seems! I research lots of dogs for my own knowledge I post rather often asking about dogs just to learn the good and bad that a dog brings to the table. I want to educate myself. All I have come up with research is that he is a good stud. That's not good enough for me. LoL. I want to know what makes him a good stud. I want to know his good qualities and flaws as a dog and producer. Seems for him being so popular SOMEONE would have some info!

Google "Reno Jipo-Me" and his sire "Xac z Pohranicni straze" Don't hold me to it but if my memory serves me right I heard in the past not to ever line-breed to Reno.
Hans at Alpine K9 should have more in depth responses to your request on Jago.
I know this doesn't answer your question but it's related:)

The answer to:
"What makes him a good stud?"
IS:
See the offspring... which means, get out of the computer and dont take people's words...go see different dogs (you'll find a shitter and a great one, for no dog produces excellent always)... then, make up your mind and take a leap of faith.
Hope this helps.

My question was mainly in reference to genetics. As in genetic diseases Hip production etc etc. temperment and workability counts also but a dog that works his butt off but may have genetic issues in the future is WORTHLESS. No dog is a flawless producer. But knowing the chances of what may pop up is good. So me getting out off the computer will show me workability BUT will not show me genetic issues. Which of course many breeders are not always honest with issues that dogs or breedings have produced!
