Has anybody else paid but never received their Urma book from Nikki at GoldenPaws?
She is not returning e-mails and it has been two months since the purchase... Is she affiliated with VonTurbo?

I've had the same experience. Still haven't received my URMA book. I noticed the email address used at this time is no longer valid. I paid through paypal. I've left over a dozen messages, none returned.

I ordered and pre-paid, for a 2004 English version book from GoldenPaws (Nikki). I received a 2002 year book instead. I contacted Nikki and was told that she made a mistake and would rectify the situation. Time went by and I started to complain more to her via emails and never received responses. After I posted a complaint on this web site, she contacted me and sent the correct book (and told me to keep the incorrect year book which I offered to return). This all occurred last spring and at that time it was my understanding that she only had one or two 2004 books left. My guess is that she is waiting to get more books or will wait and send the 2005 books when they come out. In a nutshell, I finally got my book but it was harder than it needed to be. My suggestion is to periodically complain on this web site until you get your book. Seems to get results and this site reaches almost everybody who would be interested in one of these books. Since you paid through PayPal, contact them and ask for your money back. They will give you a refund and bill her if she can not prove she sent the book (with a tracking number or insurance, etc.)

When I go to the URMA offical website... It does NOT mention that Golden Paws is a distributor for the USA..
If you want a URMA Book go here instead.

I received my book today, but oddly enough, it came by regular mail after Nikki had told me it had been sent by courrier when I reached her on the phone several weeks ago. I will be be ordering direct from Urma next time...
Well at least I received the book! THANKS!

It should be cheaper going through URMA, anyway. I always order direct from URMA. I can't see getting anyone else involved in the middle, when I can go to the SOURCE.
