Really inbred or what? Napoleon von Aducht - Page 1

While researching a pedigree, I found Napoleon von Aducht is his own sire and grandfather, his mother is his grand mother and so on and so on.

There is 2 of them in the database, was refering to this one, napoleon von aducht http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/6330.html

There are many dogs with incorrect information....but for the most part, this site is still a valuable tool.

The last time I really tried adding info, I'd find lots of completely bogus info, such as this and esp. ancient dogs sired by dogs from the 60s, etc. I suspected some1 was "trashing the lines" deliberately to be "funny". Which is sad because it's so difficult to get info corrected and updated here - yet somehow the wierd info was allowed in.

This database has great potential. I have found most info to be accurate so far. I assumed you could add a comment if you found errors or get errors corrected if you had good evidence. People intentionally trashing info should be locked out. Info adds should have "contributed by" attached so if you add BS info your name is there for all to see. This is obviously a ton of work to administer. I would be willing to help financially or in any way I can.
