Does anybody have the link to the correct PAGE on the Sv website for the Bescheinigung application? I cant seem to find it anywhere.

You don't need an application. Just type a very simple letter saying you purchased a dog, named........, SV registration #....... and you need the bescheinigung. You can give them your credit card number and expiration date and it will be processed quickly and easily.

the women that handles the akc/english language section of the SV is Sabine and she is a very pleasant person to deal with

Sabine Lieb is her name, and if you like, you don't need a letter, you can just call the SV and ask for her. Just have a credit card number for her for the nominal fee, when you call. There is no application, that I know of.
