Saoa, I see the messages you posted slandering the Louers have all dissapeared. Very Good. I have not seen an apology from you to the Louers yet? I have all the posts saved if your memory is failing you!! There has been one too many people see the messages that were posted for you not to post an apology. I take it that you have realised your mistake in making the false accusations by removing the posts but I thought you would have been brave enough to apologise. Maybe the person who asked you to post those messages will apologise for you? Also on an earlier post someone told me I was being disrespectful in calling Mrs XXXXX that XXXXX woman. By my code of standards one needs to earn respect!!

I have a question, technical in nature. How do you remove a post from this site. What is the process you take in removing a post. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to see an apology made also! What kind of bottom feeder goes on and on about someone in an attempt to ruin their reputation anyway? A public apololgy needs to be made!

SGBH the moderator of the site will remove things...we personally can't. Heather

Hello Calamity, I also think that apologise would be on the right place here.I do not believe SAOA that you did this on purpose, but I believe you've been used by some people. In the Netherlands the whole situation is cleared up on this site; http://www.duitseherders.com/louer.htm It would be great if this was possible on this site to. If allowed by the dutch administrator maybe someone can translate it?

I would like to say that using the term "bottom feeder" was just plain stupid on my behalf and was very rude. I have no ambition either way in this and am sorry to have acted in such a manor. I apologize to you Saoa for being a jerk. Word can be devestating and i had no right to speak in such a way. I am sorry.

My Apollogy. Well, I for one, am not afraid to Apologies. And I do for posting as it caused others to say things about people which wasn't the point of any of my posts ever! the point was to just let people know what was going on, and if anyone knew anything to email it out so it could be sent to the proper people, not for it to have posted remarks on this site that were negative or discrimitory towards either party, I am not admitting information was wrong as no one truely knows yet. it is he said she said mess, and I do think it is good to wait for the final results. But I will Apollogies for what it lead to, but I am not responsible for how others reacted to it or how they drug it on and I think they made it worse than it would of been so we all need to apollogies and I hope you all do whether u believe you are wrong or not you can still apollogies. But I do believe an apollogy is necessary for both parties, and so they have mine. I want all of it to be worked out for the best, and I think we all do. I have read the posts and am sorry for either parties being discriminated against. Friends of both parties want this to just be done with I know I want that. Reputations don't need to be shattered but maybe all parties on this site now will make better choices in this concern. So here it is, I do sincerely apollogies for my post leading to other people having reactions and for maybe other people digging their noses in where not belonged or for maybe saying to much information regarding either party. I hope everyone that posted will apollogies to both parties for posting here as opposed to sending their remarks to each party seperately. I was posted what I was instructed to, had any of us known everyone would take things the wrong way and posting things that shouldn't be said I am sorry for them doing that also, although I don't control others. Nor am I mad at anyone for posting their own opinions and words regarding either party, just maybe next time myself included will word things differently and if we have questions or comments we can find other ways to communicate to each other instead of posting to the world. Again sincerest Apollogies for how people reacted, was 100% not the intention of the post. But we all must wait for out coming verdict. Everytime I posted it was only based on accurate info i was told on the phone with 1 of the parties, my apollogy I hope is excepted, although I posted it for someone else I will apollogies for doing that on their behalf and on my own. But I do hope it is worked out. And We'll see in the coming days I hope. sincerest regards and apollogies,

Silbersee

But Paul, why do you think that the other people must apologize as well? Cal, Karl etc. did not in any way defame Mr. or Mrs. Hyatt at all. As a matter of fact, they did not even use strong words against them at all. They just defended the Louers, which is very commendable. Nowadays with the Internet, it is so easy to start a smear campaign against individuals for whatever reasons or personal gains. But you are to be commended that you did this without hiding under the shrout of anonymity like so many others do. At least you show backbone, even if there could be legal ramifications. The Pedigreedatabase is a forum open to the public to read, even if not everybody can post here. Therefore, it is considered a public place. The legal system under EU regulations is much more stringent about public defamation than the United States. Also, this site was established in Iceland, not in the States. And Iceland as a former Danish crown colony belongs to Europe. While I would have to check into these regulations some more and I am on vacation, so I don't have access to that right now, you should be beware of that. Why did the involved parties not post this themselves? Do you think they were advised by their legal representatives not to? Regardless, like Saoa stated, we might never know the true story to that. And it should not be our problem and never been made public, since no dogs apparently were stolen or came to harm. Seemingly, just another business partnership gone bad. Greetings, Chris

The cooperation between House Hyatt kennels and kennel v Louwershoeve has ended. On the internet circulated rumours about this matter. House Hyatt and Louwershoeve agreed on conditions and signed an agreement to stop the cooperation. Between parties evereything is regulated. They will go their own way within the German Shepherd sport. Soon Louwershoeve will continue their own website.
