Just got a phone call, 2 year old male, good with kids, chases cats.
Yard has an electric fence. Electric fence doesn't hold him in the yard anymore. He's fine with people but he gets out and barks at dogs, sooooo...it's time for him to go.
He sounds like an American line dog. He's in the Northern Virginia area and the clocks ticking, all the rescues are full and he has to go. Owners are afraid he will run away and do something they will get sued for.
Please write if you have a home for him or if you can foster him.

Connecticut State Police is actively looking for donations of male GSD's,do you have any more info on him by any chance? Does he like to play ball?

if you place the male PLEASE at least make it under a neuter contract....buta then you are all more experienced than the average person and would already know this....

Randy, Mid Atlantic GSD Rescue will probably take him. I don't think they ever turn down a dog.

I am a GSD and All Breed rescue and would be more than happy to take the guy in, however he will need to be shipped, as I am in Montana. Email me if this woul be good for him. My rescues are house dogs, just like my dogs.
