Hi Friends, Site is back up but I am not, mine is giving me fits, but anyhow: Inko, male from Germany is eating, growing and doing super. What it came down to was many xrays and tests run....NOTHING! I got sick of hearing Stress, but that is part with chlor in water, dogs here got something he walked into a mess. Vet consulted with hubby and I and said: You have spent enough to find nothing. The dog will eat, I will not put him down. You must force him to learn again. So off for a turkey baster, cut end off, can of chicken noodle soup, down the hatch it went. About an hour later I am cleaning puppy kennels, I hear a dog munching down food, looked and Inko was eating his food left in dish like always praying he would discover it good enough to eat. From then on he has eaten, gained now to near 40 lbs. What the dogs had I cannot say, it lasted about 4 days and another breeder here emailed me a lovely email that hers were ill what did I do for mine. I gave Pepto, lightened the food intake, gave pedealite to drink and they came along fine after pooping runny green to yellow to brown. Kayiela came along also and is fine and dandy. Just wanted u all to know how much I appreciated your thoughts and kind words and I truly felt I was going to loose him, but NOT, we are both fighters. He is a good puppy to go 9 days without food, I.V's and Jurgen from Team Fiemereck has been outstanding in coaching and caring what a nice man. Thanks all. God Bless all Ill dogs and Frustrated Owners. Pat

Very glad to hear your baby is doing well :-) Sometimes giving supportive care and waiting are all one can do. I think for every known illness there are probably 20 without names and without diagnostics to say what they are. In the end, sick is sick and knowing what it is isn't necessarily helpful anyhow. Phooey on the vet who wants people to spend their fortune learning what's up, when the answer to the diagnostics = supportive care anyhow :-P Forcing fluids/food and time can do wonders to for the puppy of the dedicated puppy owner :-) God Bless :-))
