SG Hella von der Partnachklamm SchH3 Help Update - Page 1

SG Hella von der Partnachklamm is listed in the database as one of those anomalies, without her sire or dam being listed. Her sire is V Harras vom Bobloch SchH3 SZ/1202785 and dam is V Lollo vom GigantenhausHarass SchH2 SZ/1176964. Also missing is her SG show rating (SG14 BSZS 1975), her SV number SZ/1300681 and color sgM. I have tried several times in the last few weeks to submit a pedigree update with the missing information I have listed above. It never gets inserted into the database. It never gets updated and I do it again and again, yet no updates? A few friends tried for me too, same results. If anyone has or holds the magic key and could insert these corrections / updates, would you, could you please? Otherwise could you tell me how to do it corectly so it gets corrected / updated? Thank You

I also have tried the update pedigree route on dogs where the sire or dame is an unknown dog, yet the parents and grandparents are there on an unknown dog, but also incorect. My updates never get inserted either. Several dogs are listed twice in database like Rikkor Bad-boll. Once corectly as VA1 Rikkor von Bad-boll and once as Rikkor vom Bad-Boll. I see the mistake and try to change the vom one's progeny to the corect one VA1 Rikkor von Bad-boll and it never gets corected either.
