Oh, gosh, Deanna. You don't have to be all nice about them. LOL. They are quite poor photos, really. But they meet the new requirements for the thread- I am in them, sitting on a horse. LOL!!!

I really do wish there were more pics of me with my horses, but I'm always alone, taking pictures OF THEM, not with them.

That was all the same horse, winter coat and without winter coat!  Weird- I have/had 5 and only pics of me riding one. I don't have him anymore. I sold him because he was in the prime of his life- no reason for a 7yr old who would make a great kid's sport pony to sit around and wait for my son to grow up so I could ride again or he could ride him.

I sold him to a vet for her adopted son. He was an orphan and very shy, timid around horses, though interested. He and Scout got along great so I let him go.  They don't sell their horses; they find them a new purpose once they're outgrown, so he will have a home for life there, or I would've kept him myself.  I really missed him until I got this picture with a message saying he'd placed in showmanship, halter, and Western riding in their very first fair! Yay, Scout! So proud of him.

Aww, he is cute too, Jen. I second Deanna... what a nice pic!!

I wanted to know how you ride, didn't I say that? Well, thanks for sharing, now that didn't hurt too bad, then?

My favorite pic of Baby Chief and Scout, running toward me.

And tiny tinyJames on Scout. Poor baby! It was so bright out; he looks very hostile.
James on Teddy, his 18mo. "birthday" present (2yr old buckskin mini....stallion, lol). Everyone is shocked he's a stallion. He rides in the back of the car, no issues.

Teddy looks like a red bay roan.  Cute.  I have a palomino mini female, due to foal to a bl/white pinto in a few months.  That will be Logan's little foal.  Hope all goes well.

He might look that way in between his summer and winter coats, especially, as the patches make him look mottled, but he's double registered as a buckskin...both registries said he's buckskin based on slick photos. If only I could find those now.  Breeder called him buckskin from day one, but they wanted pics and measurements for classification at 3 years old. Bay roans, most of them, anyway, have darker faces and then their bodies roan out. He's not like that in person; his color is consistent from face throughout body. Not one person who has ever seen him in person has said anything but buckskin. He really threw me off throughout his first coat changes and I asked a bunch of people.

By all accounts, that dog of yours has grown to the size of a small horse. LOL I think the hair must throw them off but people keep telling me he's huge. I need to come see him soon.

When you were in my yard, I bet you had no idea you were in the presence of such a controversial animal as little Chief.  Just seemed like a little black horse, I'll bet. Who knew!

I will say a collective "thank you" for your compliments on everyone's horses.
