inca where and when did you get your pup and what breed was it

As i understand, john/Dominic whatever name he may be going under now, has definately skipped to the address given on previous page ( france) BUT his son may be running the kennels and selling puppies( which now appears to have moved on from just labradors, to small breeds too), The son is Called Allistair, about 30 years old. If Mr Vant has definately skipped Charing, and the kennels were moved to the Quarantine Kennels at folkstone ( to be run by Mr Vants Son) - it is now believed the kennels may now have skipped folkestone too, but im sure a phone call, as a prospective client to one of his adverts in paper will locate him.

How has this man got away with so much? Faking the vets certs, Selling puppies that are not certain to even be labs, Promising paperwork, refunds, vets info and not going through with it!! ??
Why does someone not set up a 'where not to buy your lab puppy from' type free website, detailing the scams this man runs, as it would surely be more likely to show up to a prospective purchaser than this forum did ( whicj h i found when searching about JVant).

he has moved from charring i passed there house last week and it had a sold sign out side

I can't believe I have only just found this thread.

I too bought a puppy from this company back in February, based in Charing at the time trading under the name of Labrador Gun and Search Dog Company. As part of the contract, Mr DeVere stated that insurance would be provided with the dog for the first four weeks following transfer of ownership. Well, needless to say, the dog was ill and sure enough, no insurance had been arranged. The dog suffered from two Coxidial infections and underwent alot of treatment (£330 worth) which we could not claim. 

I contacted Toby and we were back and forth, he promised this that and everything else.Nothing came of it. We have since taken this to the small claims court, but after reading this, I'm not sure how much good it's going to do?

If anybody has any information as to his whereabouts, please let me know, because I am sure as hell not going to let him get away with it.
