LF addressed me with her nonsense comment "SP..you are sooo good at telling what other people think and why they do what they do, you must be psychic...or have sixth sense...do you see dead people?" 

SP, I have to call you out on this.  YOU instigated that comment by posting the following, which, yes, DOES insinuate that you KNOW what other people are thinking and why they do something or not, hence her sarcastic post asking if you were psychic=have the proverbial 'sixth sense'=the movie, "The Sixth Sense", tagline was "I see dead people."  You really have no way of knowing why Hans never publicly commented on Bartmess here--unless Hans himself told you why, in which case you need to SAY that--and you even go so far as to claim that you know exactly WHY Bartmess isn't/wasn't/hasn't been banned on Hans' forum...which again, you have no way of KNOWING unless he has told you that directly as well. Otherwise, all you are doing is speculating about his actions, with nothing to support those speculations.

So her comment is okay and has a ton to do with the topic at hand. I am disgusted that she has no clue what happened with Janice, but here she is sticking her ass in something she should not be in as she does not know the whole story.

I don't know whether she knows what the back story is on Janice Bartmess or not...if she didn't at the start of her participation in the thread, she certainly does know by now. Which means this thread has once again served its purpose, to make others aware of the evil that is Janice Bartmess, convicted animal abuser and awaiting conviction on such charges again, along with those of elder abuse and neglect.

To the work thing, she is the one who in posts and pm's says she is at work all the time. So, it makes sense when she is here all day posting and saying she is working-it is obvious she is milking her employer.

Again, SP, you really have no way of knowing whether she's at work. You have no way of knowing if she works for herself, and doesn't have to answer to anyone, or if she has bosses who don't give a rip if she spends any time at all on the Internet as long as she gets all of her work completed correctly and in a timely fashion.  There are those of us who can actually multi-task quite well, and perform several tasks at the same time we're reading and responding to messages here and elsewhere.

Why am I not over at Hans' site. Well I have never been a member and so I do not want to be a hypocrite and show up asking why BSC is allowed to post. I do see plenty of people who have posted who are members over there and I can't help they are spineless and can't ask the man straight out. I would have no problem asking him if he should show up here.

Hans, why is a convicted animal abuser allowed to post on your site? Now she has been charged again and there should be no mistaking Janice will never change, why are you allowing a place for her to post her delusions? Can't you see by allowing an animal abuser to continue to post in your forum, that you are enabling her sickness?

Simple. Sure can't see any of you asking the hard questions.

Ok, can we get back to the topic at hand?  Any news on the Bartmess case? 

SP, I did ask Hans directly and he replied.  You could go on his forum and ask as well.  I thought you posted there a couple of times? 

Ok, back to the topic, any news?  What city is this case being tried in?  I will look up the court docket and check the status.

Maybe I missed something along the way, Mobjack where did you get the information you posted about Janices experiments on these dogs. If what you're saying is true then this makes her a true monster, not just some abusive cruel woman, but a monster.Why has she not been brought up on these charges if there is proof that this actually occured. Did someone actually witness these events or is it merely hearsay. I'm not a defender of Janice and I believe she's guilty of the charges against her, but this is the first I've heard of these allegations and I'd like to know more. PM me if you'd like.

michael49, I can tell you that she frequented several scientific research forums--under her own name, so there's no question about this, and if you know how to do the web archive searches and where to look, her activity on them can be found--asking very specific, detailed questions regarding the harvesting of eggs from female dogs; in-vitro fertilization of canine eggs and embryonic implantation and transfer;  and inquiring as to methods of causing super-ovulation in the bitch.  Given these inquiries, it is certainly not unthinkable that Janice Bartmess would practice scientific experiments on dogs in her possession, but I must also state that I have no direct knowledge of her doing such.

It was brought to my attention that you had mentioned my name in one of your posts on this thread, and so I thought I'd come and say hi...

I don't have egg on my face, and never will.  I didn't defend what Janice did.  I also never said that she wasn't doing it again.  It was, and is, my opinion that until I see proof that someone's done something wrong, I will not accuse them of it.  It is not my right, nor yours, to accuse without proof.  So she did abuse dogs again, along with her own mother.  She will face legal trouble for that treatment.  I do believe that people can change, though those with addictions or other issues first have to realize and admit they have a problem, before they can get better. 

You believed that you were right about the neglect of any dogs she might have at this time.  The dogs, and the elderly lady were unlucky enough for you to be right.  Of course, you do not know the situation surrounding what happened, anymore than I do, but the facts show that neglect occurred in that house, under her care.

Will she ever change?  I don't know.  I don't know her.  That's why I didn't jump on the "BSC" wagon with the rest of you.  I have a life, off this board, that consumes much of my time.  I have a husband, kids and dogs, yard, responsibilies in my life, that make it hard for me to spend the time here that some of you seem to, beating dead horses.

I come here maybe once every month or two, read a bit, and that's it.  This place is not my life, and hasn't been for a long time.  I have tried to be kind and considerate to all, even you, Sock Puppet, even though I really don't like you, based on the attitude you display and the way you treat people.  I don't know who you are, and frankly, I don't really care.  I would, however, appreciate you leaving me out of your posts.  You hate Janice Bartmess.  I understand that.  I don't care overmuch for her, either.   But I refuse to attack her and say the things some of you do.  That's not me, that's not my way.  I don't like to be treated that way, and I don't treat others that way.  I believe in the Golden Rule, I guess.

Anyway, for the record, Janice stands accused of animal and elder abuse.  She will likely be convicted.  She committed a crime, and she will pay whatever penalty the court deems just.  Maybe she won't be allowed to own any more animals.  In the meantime, I still will not jump on the "BSC" wagon with you guys.  I just don't see the point.  You're preaching to your chior, and they already know what you have to say...You've all said your piece a million times.  So there's no point to beating the dead horse.

I'm done with this thread now.  I just wanted to say my piece and now I'm back to the real world, where morning comes mighty early and exhaustion is the flavor of the day.  My GSD is far more interesting and beautiful than what's going on here, and so are my kids.
