How do or will you feel about their activities in YOUR country?  They are expanding their reach, goals & methods of in person interaction internationally.

Oh of course, I am sure they will only behave with the politest of proper social manners in a neighbourhood near you...

'Antifa' is NOT a network or an organisation.

'Antifa' is NOT a network or an organisation.

Of course not, the fact they show up in the same city, same location, same time, dressed alike, and someone has dropped off pallets of bricks for them to hurl is merely coincidence.

in a city 20 miles from me, it was reported that firearms had been stashed, as well as bricks. this was a few months ago when they were trying to expand across the country.

It's just an opinion, but I think the firearms were meant to be found so as to put LE in a very defensive mood (and ready to shoot) which would have garnered world wide attention. the LE acted very professional and shut it down quickly when things started getting out of hand. no shots fired. no looting, no businesses burned.

they have not been back, just as they do not go back to any cities/states where rioting/looting is quickly controlled.

Never heard of 'telephone trees' ML ?

Unorganized telephone trees?

Or organized telephone trees?

I'm assuming you know the inner workings of the organization that you have declared isn't an organization.

I know how unorganised protest movements work, ML, I have been part of them for decades.

Hund,

A lot of the protesters (Antifa) over here who have been arrested are from out of TOWN.

Someone is paying them to travel, putting them up in hotel/motels, feeding them etc.

Sounds organized to me. (please notice there is a "Z" in organized, thank you) I apologize if you spell it differently in your country. Watch out for the seagulls, it's Friday the 13th.

You can think whatever you want.

Yes indeed they are bused in, in very nice coaches, hotels & food paid for, & bail money & representation paid for. Nope, nope, no organization there what so ever.

Come back & tell us about ANTIFA when they finally come to your country/town/neighborhood. PS: Let us know if it was YOU that put out the pallets of bricks that always seem to just magically show up for them.

I am what you would no doubt call someone who 'belongs' to Antifa; was a fully active participant in Rock Against Racism and the Anti-Nazi League for the whole of the 1980s; have been present at protests, labelled riots, in Brixton, Deptford, Ealing & Southall (following the murder by Police of Blair Peach) - and other cities outside my native London as well. Plus been involved in campaigning on the streets on a lot of other issues than race, eg womens' rights.

At no point has anyone ever contacted me, or anyone known to me, and offered the location of a supply of bricks or bottles.
