Hallo, thanks a lot. Yes, I have all documents /puppy´s pedigree, ENCI registration, purchace contract, mail corespondence, confirmation of payment for puppy.. etc/ but breeder didn´t request ENCI for Export Pedigree where I am registrated as a new owner. End ENCI told me that they need fill in application form "Reguest for Export Pedigree" from breeder with her identification and signature. The breeder doesn´t to do it. I have been asking her for it for months but no response.

It might help to identify who the seller was, and see if anyone on here knows the woman and could speak to her directly on your behalf...another option would be to post about the seller in the Scam/Ripoff category of this forum--seeing their name in a thread title tends to rattle the cage of an uncooperative buyer or seller. Did you learn about this dog being for sale from an ad on this site?

Concerning breeder kennel, it is: Owner: Rowena Knights
Website: www.brigantekennel.com
Facebook: Brigantekennelnapoli
Email: rowenakni@gmail.com
Phone: +39 388 155 4865
And to your last sentence. No, I learn it from this site: https://bedlingtonterrier.dog/breeders-in-europe
Than you very much for your help.

Start by sending the ENCI copies of all your paperwork, and of all your proof of contact with the seller (text messages, emails, Facebook or What's App messaging, etc.). Explain the chain of events from your first contact to the last time you were able to get a response from the seller, and be sure to include proof of payment for the dog. Insist that the registry organization step up and make the seller fulfill the obligations to complete the process that will permit you to register the dog in your name, both with the ENCI and your country's registry.
You'll clearly have to be pushy about this, since the seller is ghosting you (disappearing on you), or you'll find yourself stuck being unable to register the dog in your name...and that's just not fair.

Hopefully, the ENCI will press the breeder to follow through and authorize them to create and release the export pedigree to you so you can get your puppy registered!

Iveta, in this respect the Czech legal system operates in much the same way as the American one as described by Hexe, apparently: Under Law number 358/1992 Coll.,'Public Notaries and their Functions Act'. Regulated by the professional body the Czech Notary Chamber. Possibly "nota" in Czech ?, a Public Notary is a private person entrusted with public office entailing activities such as drawing up of deeds & documents for land sales, verification and legalisation of documents.(which is the bit you need).
If its not obvious how to find one, and you know any lawyers, they should be able to point you to a Public Notary. In lots of European countries, lawyers / solicitors are frequently Notories themselves (something worth knowing in case you end up needing one in Italy also). Hope it does not prove hugely expensive for you ! Good luck.
