I know it´s getting old, but maybe some "newcomers" will read this post...
There are more and more ads about "mated females for sale " ( besides the "female in heat" ads )...
The GSD is supposed to be a "working dog", even the showlines, ALL OF THEM should be able to fulfill the lowest breeding requirements, and ALL OF THEM should be officially be health tested according to HD/ED.
European countries that are part of FCI do have access to trials, vets, and shows ( even a "local", country based, working trial" would be fine... )
That said - those countries are able to "play" according to the rules, their "better" dogs are titled, health tested, shown - only the females not worth the work and money are advertised without titles, but pregnant ( and always bred to a cheap local stud, everything else would be too expensive for the seller ).
Don´t be stupid, think about the future, don´t base your breeding program on dogs with no or minor quality.
Fast money maybe - but nothing worth to base a "business" on...
End of the monthly rant - sorry

Whatever female you start with, everything you produce will come from her and her offspring. Invest wisely. A good female gives 80% of herself to her offspring. A bad female gives 100%.
