Unable to add to pedigree? - Page 1

For some reason the pedigree allows me to add some dogs, but not all.. I don't know how to fix this?

My dog I'm working on:

Trying to add Jan's sire and dam. I've tied to add both dam and sire from Kai's page and Jan's page without luck.

Done. I just went to Jan's Page. Clicked on Edit, moved down, and cut-n-pasted the sires names and hit search. Found it and used that name (had to use complet name as listed in PDB, and that included the reg number). Did the same with the dam. At the end, I exited the edit, and hit the refresh button.
Did the same with Lad and Breeze.
