jUST A LIITLE MORE DATA FOR YOU... HE WAS PROABABLY UK GRAND VICTOR SOMEWHERE IN THE EIGHTIES AND WAS IMPORTED TO THE USA SHORTLY THERE AFTER

As I can recall Rocky won at one of our first two day shows held here, but someone will hopefully correct me if I am wrong, he made Champion at a very early age under the age of 18 months and if I am not mistaken I think he was around 14 months. He was a excellent young male, beautifully constructed, and a correct size, the thing I remember about him the most is that he had absolute superb movement, having a far reaching stride with a superb over line. He was bred and owned by the Harvey family who sadly left our breed a while ago, but Lynne can be seen around the rings from time to time with Neil and the young one. They repeated the mating and had another excellent male, he too made his title but not as good in my opinion as Rocky himself. Rocky had he stayed in the UK could have been a very useful sire indeed, in fact he is the type of dog we could do with in this country now for some of our females! If you are able to find a copy of Brian Wootten's book, the German Shepherd Dog, there is a colour photo of Muscava's Rocky on page 97.
