Pedigree sire and dam

Im trying to update my corso pedigree. I was able to enter the father and mother. But on the fathers side, the information is already entered. And when i try to enter the info for my dogs sire, it tells me there is a ped made for my dogs grand sire but it doesnt link to my dogs sire. How can i fix this?

Please send me a PM with the dogs name and the names of the dogs that you are trying to enter. Also include the breed of dog or the pedigree URL so that I can quickly identify it.

Im not too sure how to pm on here. Sorry.
Im trying to edit my dogs pedigree.
Cane corso.
I already entered his parents. Now im trying to update it by entering his parents, parents.
My boys sire is dream teams kodiak and his sire is dream teams zam zam and dam is dream teams sapphire. And so on. They are in the database but for some reason show up as "not found" when i try to enter them as the dam and sire with i edit the dogs pedigree.

I am entering a GSD into PDB and the mother and father are not listed, but I have a pedigree from AKC and I know that the Grandparents are listed in PDB. How do I connect my GSD to their pedigree's without the parents being in PDB?
