Hi,
I am trying to add my GSD to the database but the yellow generation is missing so I can't ad her. I have all the other information. I have emailed support@pedigreedatabse.com with the missing information on December 7th and I have received no response.
Is there another procedure I should try to get this info added so I can get my dog in the database?

I'm sorry that I can't help you with your question but I would like to know what you mean by 'yellow generation'?
I tried to reg. a dog previously but wasn't able to because of missing information.

I have all the info except one 5th generation mother and I emailed support@pedigreedatabased.com on december 7th and gave them the missing information and I haven't receieved any response nor has the dog be added so I am stuck and can't add my dog.
If there is a better way to contact the managers at pedigreedatabase.com I would love to here how so I can get this resolved.

Can't you just add the female that is missing and then add your dog?

I tried that but it asks for her parents information and I only have hers since she is the end of the line in my dogs pedigree (5th generation). According to the FAQ's you can send the information to the site to get this dog added... but I haven't had any luck getting a response to my emails. Does anyone have a direct email address or phone number to the manager of the database?

What is the dog in question? If you post her name, maybe someone will have the info you need.

If her parents were in the database I could tie to them.

Well, the easiest way is to go through the "register a dog" process, and under sire put "No information about the sire" and under dam put "No information about the dam". That will allow you to put in the last generation and work forward from there.

Thank you so very much that worked like a charm. Now I should be able to work backwards and add my Dog.
