Bored tonight and saw someone mention Shiloh's so I went to the website of the woman who supposedly started it all.  Boy, does she like to dramatize!
The whole site is pretty amusing but this particular section really caught my eye.

You have to scroll down to where it starts talking about Czech dogs.

Oh and make sure you check out her video of "dangerous" Czech dogs attacking people.  They are actually Malinois and that video has been going around forever.

If you think that is amusing, go to the "what for you is a real dog" thread and read Tina Barber's story about her heroic dog, stopping "in mid-air," in defiance of gravity, AND the space-time continuum. It's the best thing since the "To Serve Man" episode of the "Twilight Zone."

I tried to go to this website, but it came up as an expired domain, and included a link to go to the Shiloh shep website, but not the one you referenced.  Can you still access it?  If so, what am I doing wrong?

LoL, I have Czech dogs and they are awesome with the family especially kids. I would never place any gsd in an unexperianced home no matter the breeding..Shilo Shepherds are shit. Sorry, but thats just my personal oppinion

Thanks, MI GSD...The link worked.  Don't know why I couldn't get the website before.  Interesting reading, or would be, if it wasn't nuts.  I don't see the difference between Tina's Shilohs and the others, except for the fact that the other mixed breeds aren't HER mixed breeds...I heard about the malamute she supposedly mixed in, but the pics I saw looked a heck of a lot more like a wolf, than a malamute, to me...What they call a Shiloh Shepherd looks more like a Wolf/GSD/Collie cross

Looks like a desperate marketing ploy to me...Hey, all of you on here who own and love the Czech dogs, some in your homes, with your children...Did you know your dogs are dangerous?  I didn't know that being from a specific country automatically makes a dog dangerous...

Ah, well.  I guess we GSD people just don't have the proper appreciation for the gentle giants, the Shiloh Shepherds.  We like our breed, and just haven't been able to find it in our hearts to agree with them...

When I can get my scanner to work, I'll post a pic of a GSD/Malamute cross I had a long time ago.  Although he had a short coat, he didn't look a thing like the shilohs.  I think there's some collie in there...LOL

Now, I AM surprised. The Shiloh Cultist haven't shown up on this thread, as they have every other time the mere word "Shiloh" appeared.
