i start working my puppies at 6 weeks playing tug chaseing balls, milk jug with rocks, in it then tyiing a rope letting them chase and catch it  always with a young puppy never make it stressful  making every chance a win win and having fun with them it all begins with a puppy and having fun !!!!

what about a 6 month old with no obidence with crazy drives? i just dont want to ruin her.

start alittle ob reward with a ball just make it very fun for you and her ask her to sit  when she dose throw the ball but keep another one handy so your not taking them from her ,then ask her to heel or put her in the heel position focusing on the ball then walk 5 or 10 paces then ask her to sit when she dose throw it a short distace .then take her to a feild throw the ball a short distance having her on a lounge line coxing her to come to ya playing tug with a ball on a rope but always have a reward to play with it builds their prey drive and their convidence. here is a video of my dog when he was 6 months you tube( vonbills haus) video isn't that good but gives you an idea
