ROFL   I am from the South, but I at least knew that had something to do with coffee and not tea.   This should turn out to be a fun and funny thread.

Don't forget the "You know you are a Redneck when....." jokes.  I'll start it off.

You know you are a Redneck when..... you use a belt to keep a kennel gate closed.
I just bought a kennel on craigslist.  Great kennel; it just requires a rope or a belt to keep the gate closed.  Yes, I promptly went down to goodwill and bought a $1 belt to keep the gate closed. (price was good for the kennel size and I knew a belt on the gate would keep Max in)

Redneck jokes were getting deleted for awhile, Fawn. Seems to have hit mod nerves at one point of time or another.

Whatever are you talking about GSD Admin?  Redneck jokes are okay, now? Got it. You must have some good ones? Sorry, must have hit a nerve of yours.

Grumping not allowed on this thread.  If Redneck jokes are not allow, ok, no problem.  Sometimes those can hit a nerve for the more sensitive people.   (It is a shame though, as they are pretty funny)

Thanks LadyFrost I needed a good laugh today..................
I want to share something with you guys that got me a good laugh the other day. This is on the southern jokes. But it is true. We have an antique/thrifty type store in town. Weekdays and Sat the are open just regular hours. But in the basement of the building is their lower class stuff and i s only open on the weekends. Mauli and I took a cruise one Sunday to the casino, where the smoke shop is temporarily located and aftergrabbing smokes, we head back toward the house. I noticed the store is open and people are coming or going so I stop. Out ofthe bigger items outside is a wire crate. Now like everyone else I'm in no need of another crate but when I see them cheap, I always pick them up just in case. OK I can't tell if it is a fold up--it has no pan, no grids on the bottom, sort of bent here and there ad has been spray pained with silver paint. Size? Avg for a medium gsd. Price? $45. Say WHAT? So I go in look around and see nothing I need. I stop at the counter and agoing to haggle a little and see if I can get the crate for the max I am willing to pay $20.................Before I tell that part, next to the counter is these medium sized boxes all taped up and marked $4 and you are guaranteed to get $4 worth of stuff. So I ask him what the least he would take and he says $40. I said man you can buy those crates new for about $50. Oh no online they are $100. No well I bet you only went to one place and there are jillions of places online. And aside from that they're new and have all the parts. So I offer him $15 knowing my money is safe in my purse..............Yep no way. Which brings us to the $4 boxes---seeing what I had seen and our conversation i made me want to buy one so I could see what was in one AND whose $4 is it really worth? I think even the big dummies in this town will see something is wrong--we hope..............If not I have an old stereo with an 8 track and turntable--radio of course--I only want $100 for it and surely it's worth it cause it's "different"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Or maybe I'll send them to Hans who has some oceanfront property................He could even train their dog to open the crate and push the 8 track in..................
